These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Time Is Luck application and website (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
Time Is Luck is a productivity and personal development tool that helps you overcome resistance to starting tasks. It uses evidence-based therapeutic frameworks and optional AI coaching to support you in taking action.
The App is not a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
You may use the App without an account. Creating an account gives you access to additional features including session history and the ability to subscribe to Pro.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Time Is Luck offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription with additional features including AI coaching, win tracking, and the full focus soundtrack.
Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Current pricing is displayed in the app and on the App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
When you cancel, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.

AI coaching responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as general guidance, not professional advice. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate or unhelpful. Use your own judgement.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. This permanently removes your account and all associated data including saved wins and reflections. Active subscriptions must be cancelled before account deletion.
The App, its content, design, and code are owned by Time Is Luck. Your session data and reflections remain yours.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
