• Session data: Tasks you enter, steps you create, reflections you write, and session completion data (stored as "wins")
• AI conversations: If you use Pro features, the content of your AI coaching conversations
• Subscription data: Payment status and subscription type (we do not store payment card details)
• Device information: Basic device and browser information for app functionality

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the core app experience (task tracking, step management, session history)
• To power AI coaching conversations (Pro feature)
• To save and display your past wins and reflections
• To manage your subscription and account
• To send password reset emails when requested
• To improve the app and develop new features

AI Conversations

When you use Pro AI coaching, your conversation content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. Conversations are not stored permanently on our servers. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), or Stripe (web). We never see or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data in the following cases:

• With Anthropic, to process AI coaching conversations
• With payment processors (Apple, Google, Stripe) to manage subscriptions
• To comply with legal obligations

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and token-based authentication. Our backend runs on Google Cloud with their enterprise security infrastructure.

Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active
• Session data and wins are retained until you delete your account
• AI conversations are not permanently stored
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Children's Privacy

Time Is Luck is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
