Delete Your Account

Time Is Luck

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app. Here's how:

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the Time Is Luck app and log in to your account.
2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top right corner.
3. Tap your name to open your Account page.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
5. You will be asked to confirm. Tap Yes, delete my account to proceed.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

1. Your account details (name, email, password)
2. All saved wins and reflections
3. Any direction/planning data
4. Community reflections you have shared

This action cannot be undone.

Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account. Subscriptions are managed through the platform you purchased on (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
